1) Where we ship

We currently ship within the GCC (Gulf Countries)

2) Order processing (handling) time

  • Processing days: Monday to Friday (excluding UAE public holidays)

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.

  • If we need additional information (e.g., address clarification), processing may be delayed until we receive your response.

3) Delivery windows (estimated)

Delivery timelines can vary by product and availability.

  • Product page timelines: Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate delivery estimate.

  • If no timeframe is specified: Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

By emirate (standard delivery):

  • Dubai: Typically 1 working day (or 1–2 working days depending on location/time of order)

  • Other Emirates: Typically 1–2 working days

  • GCC Countries outside UAE, 5-6 Working Days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, carrier capacity, or other events outside our control.

4) Shipping fees & free-shipping thresholds

Dubai

  • Standard delivery: AED 15

  • Free standard delivery on orders over AED 350

  • Express same-day delivery (Dubai only): AED 30 (see cutoffs below)

Other Emirates (UAE)

  • Standard delivery: 15

  • Free standard delivery on orders over AED 350

GCC (Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, etc.)

  • Standard delivery: 50 AED

  • Free standard delivery on orders over AED 2500
